She’s this Bavarian tourist who has a fight with her husband while they’re traveling through the Mojave somewhere and she ends up at this place called the Bagdad Cafe. Right there she’s trying to teach the girl one of those bizarre Bavarian foot/knee slapping dances. This actress just turned 70.
