I imagine the sighting remains fine for single shots. Who uses sights on full auto anyway?
Considering their usual methods I doubt very much that the 36’s limitations are going to bother them much; nor sadly be much relief for the intended targets.
Although one can hope that extended full auto use heats the barrel up enough to cause a catastrophic failure of the system…but that’s probably just wishful thinking.
