Gibt es heute Polizeischutz für die Halloween-Kids?

When I lived in Germany in the late 70’s, Halloween was a U.S. Amerikaner thing. Somewhere in the 90’s, the Halloween thing took off. I can imagine my older, grumpy German relations complaining when the door bell rings!
