I have not thought this issue through thoroughly yet but in the context of Austrian politics- in particular in Austria-this has got to be provocative.
Perhaps Austria is aiming for a change in its position in Amnesty International report 🙂 so far, they are not to bad there (http://amzn.to/2fInvzI). The only question is, if this is a direction in which you want to go… 😀
