What is the news story here, anyway?

That there is a pony taking the Berlin S-Bahn (it’s still better than walking, I guess), or that the pony didn’t pay?

Oh, at first sight I betted on a Ducatenesel as a “Rettungsroutine” heading for the Bundestag first and then taking the late ICE to Brussels!
