Welfare fraud? In Germany? No way.
Way, Ray. Not even forest boys get a free lunch around here in poor but sexy but poor Berlin these days.
The city is sticking Ray with a 30,000 euro bill for all they did for him while he was doing all he could to them for about nine months back in 2011/2012. And they won’t remove that blindfold thingy there until he pays, either.

Please tell Ray to move to Massachusetts. We love and accept all kinds of parasites, even terrorist. Take for example the two Boston Marathon bombers. Their family has received “Transitional Assistance” for the last two years. The older terrorist brother, (we call him “Speed Bump”), made his American wife work 70 hours per week, while the Commonwealth funded his trip to a Jahadist “band camp.” In addition to welfare, the older brother received an EBT card, which is a debit card for people who don’t like to work. He may have purchased a pressure cooker at his local Target store with his EBT card. Debit cards are recognized all over, even at Indian casinos.
But Ray shouldn’t be stigmatized that all welfare recipiants are terrorist. President Obama’s paternal aunt, Zetunni Obama, also receives Massachusetts welfare. She originally came to Massachusetts as a Muslim lady, who is threatened by Christians in her native Kenya. The immigration judge didn’t believe her. However, her favorite nephew became POTUS. Her lawyers said that she would be a target of kidnapping if she returned to Kenya as POTUS’s aunt. The immigration judge believed her this time.
