There Is No Struggle

And there is no movement or threat. Certainly not of any importance. Nice try, though.

Talk about your manufactured fake news. It’s just another one of those routine anti-Faschist, anti-right-wing-terror rituals all leftist media cultures have to perform from time to time. It’s performance art, in other words.

Why Germany Is Struggling to Address the Reichsbürger Threat – Right-wing terror has been generally underestimated by German authorities.

PS: It’s just like back home. The danger of right-wing terror is growing! I’ve been watching it grow here in Germany for forty years. Yawn.

German State Media Want Their Own “Insurrection” So Bad

They can taste it. And they’re perfectly willing to make theirs even more ridiculous than that first way cool media construct in evil US-Amerika.

Admittedly, a hard thing to do but I wouldn’t putsch it past them. Enjoy, folks. Very entertaining. I coup watch them all day.

The bizarre far-right coup attempt in Germany, explained by an expert – Understanding the Reichsbürger, a QAnon-influenced radical movement that just tried to make a minor noble the new king of Germany.

This Is Particularly Shocking

Especially when you consider that there are only about thirty or forty black people living in Germany in the first place.

Black People in German Survey Report ‘Extensive’ Discrimination – Black people living in Germany face pervasive issues with racism and discrimination, according to a survey which marks the first wide-scale effort to tally the community’s experiences.

“The results of the Afrozensus indicate that anti-Black racism is widespread in Germany and anchored in institutions,” a press release of the report said on Tuesday. “There is no area of life in which discrimination and racism are not extensive problems.”

“On The Rise”

Just like racism, anti-Semitism, CO2, shark attacks and so much more, “social inequality” is on the rise in Germany.

Social inequality in Germany is on the rise – Germany’s poor are getting poorer, and the rich richer. A new government report has made clear how wide the country’s social divide is growing.

The odd thing about this is I can’t think of a time when social inequality and all the others weren’t on the rise. It’s all so very alarming. It sure is reassuring to know that this rise isn’t a classic journalistic device used to inflame and generate alarm to bring in higher ratings and increase advertising revenue for greater profit. Otherwise it would be hard to take headlines like these seriously.

Would You Place The Largest Opposition Party In Your Country Under Domestic Surveillance?

Would you have the FBI spy on, say, the Democrats? Yeah, I would too. But that’s not the point. The point is, first of all, that this guy down here looks really, really mean.

AfD

The second and more important point is that by placing the largest opposition party in your country under domestic surveillance you are placing a very large percentage of your electorate under suspicion of being, in this case, Nazis. You can do that here in Germany. Coming to your country soon too?

Germany Places Right-Wing Opposition Party Under Domestic Surveillance – Germany’s domestic intelligence agency has put the country’s largest opposition party under surveillance as a potential threat to the country’s constitution, according to public (they mean state TV) broadcaster ARD and other media outlets. The move affects dozens of lawmakers who are in the right-wing Alternative for Germany, or AfD, party.

I can’t shake the feeling that the other political parties – and they are all on the same sheet of music here – don’t welcome competition from other political parties. Especially from those who have already stolen a considerable number of your voters.

“Angela Merkel’s government is trying to stigmatize us and to really put us in the Nazi corner.”

German Of The Day: Trendwende

That means trend reversal. It goes like this: As soon as the numbers of Covid-19 infections clearly begin rising again – and that’s what they’re doing –  the head virologist what’s in charge announces this as great news. That is, he spins it as if the numbers are actually dropping.

Trend

That’s just how virologists work, I guess. If you ever doubted that nobody knows what the hell is going on with this pandemic here in Germany, doubt no more.

In Schottland habe man gesehen, dass der Impfstoff von AstraZeneca das Hospitalisierungsrisiko dramatisch senke. Die Rate sei um 94 Prozent zurückgegangen. „Das ist fantastisch“, sagte Wieler.

Climate Change Is Real

And some even maintain that the climate has never not changed. No, for real.

Winter

But this here is only weather. Meaning it is unreal. Or fake, if you prefer. Snow in February? In Germany? What a topsy-turvy world we now live in, folks. When will these capricious shifts in weather, I mean climate patterns ever end? Somebody do something about it already.

Germany braces for extreme winter weather – DWD, the German Weather Service, forecast heavy snow and icy temperatures this weekend. Officials said non-essential journeys should be avoided as a number of train services were axed.

Sound Vaguely Familiar?

It should. The powers that be in Germany (the political party powers that be) are threatening to put an unwanted competitor, Alternative for Germany, under surveillance for, well, for being an unwanted competitor.

AfD

Sure, they claim it’s for being the Bad Guy Party, for trivializing Germany’s Nazi past but that’s just vorgeschoben (a pretext). They’re stealing their votes by literally offering German voters an alternative. That’s against German political party line. And just so you know, the evil AfD is the largest opposition party in Germany by far.

But hey, at least half of the citizens of The Banana Republic of America are suspected of being insurrectionists and white supremacists and are under surveillance already so go with the flow, right?

Germany Expected To Put Right-Wing AfD Under Surveillance For Violating Constitution – “This agency has the power — and not only to do surveillance on fringe groups, domestic terrorist threats, but also to keep an eye on any political institution, like a political party.”

German Of The Day: Unter einer Decke stecken

Literally, to be under a blanket together. That is, to be in cahoots with, to collude.

Merkel

No connection between Germany’s state television (which most Germans refuse to call state television) and the German government here, folks. Move along. Nothing to see.

An independent journalist wanted to know about Angela Merkel’s routine secret meetings (Hintergrundgespräche – “background meetings”) with said state TV journalists and took it to court when Merkel refused to cooperate. The courts sided with the government and said the public did not need to know about these meetings in detail. The courts again. Sound familiar?

Does China Joe meet with CNN & Co. directly back home in the Banana Republic or does he have middlemen?

“Erst Flüchtlings-, dann Coronakrise: Erneut wird der Vorwurf erhoben, vielen Journalisten ginge es um Gesinnung statt um Aufklärung.” – “First the migrant crisis then the corona crisis: The allegation is being made once again that many journalists are more interested in political conviction than in journalistic clarification.

As Long As The Other Third Goes First

More accurate polling results just in!

Vaccine

Coronavirus: Two-thirds of Germans willing to receive COVID vaccine – A poll has shown a large majority of people in Germany want to receive the vaccine which is due for rollout on December 27. Nevertheless, more than half of the survey’s participants were concerned about side effects.

Yeah, right. Nice try, though. Try less than one in five willing to receive the vaccination and more than 80 percent concerned about side effects instead.

More than half of the respondents — 57% — said they were concerned about the potential side effects of being inoculated.
