Berlin protesters decry coronavirus measures; 600 detained – Local authorities had banned several different protests this weekend, including one from the Stuttgart-based Querdenker movement, but protesters in Berlin defied the ban.

As one high-level Arrogance Expert noted: “If practically all experts worldwide say the coronavirus is dangerous and vaccination helps, then who actually has the right to say, ‘Actually, I’m smarter than that?’ To me, that is an almost unbearable level of arrogance.”

These Querdenker (people who think outside the box) keep thinking outside the box so it’s time to box them up and move them out.

Judges in the German capital have moved to ban a number of weekend demonstrations amid fears they will lead to a rise in coronavirus infections. Police expect protesters to travel to Berlin nonetheless…

The upper court said the Querdenker movement was characterized throughout Germany “by the fact that the participants used them to violate legal norms created to contain the risk of infection in a way that attracted public attention, in particular by disregarding the social distance requirement and the mask requirement.”

Then we’ll be keeping a very close eye on you.

Similar to the way dissidents in the Banana Republic are labeled racists, fascists, white supremicists, etc. whenever they disagree with what they are force fed on mainstream media, Germans who think differently about their government’s repeatedly failed coronavirus restriction policies (officially sanctioned by German State Media, of course) are labled Nazis. The only difference is that they are then also placed under observation by the country’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution. This is their FBI, sort of, although Thought Police seems more appropriate to me.

Germany puts anti-lockdown Querdenker group under observation – German intelligence chiefs have placed parts of the anti-coronavirus lockdown protest movement under observation.

PS: I assume that a certain group of German actors are now being closely monitored as well.

I mean, the Bundestag. Some kind of tag. And maybe burn it down or something too. Been there done that, you know?

That’s why they are increasing police protection there. Looks like up to a dozen more cops or so. Wow. You can never be too careful when it comes to Trump supporters, after all. Here in Germany.

By the way, Trump supporters already stormed the place back in August only they weren’t Trump supporters so there was no moral outrage or hand-wringing concern at that time. Sensibilities can change though, I guess.

That’s odd. It looks more like peaceful protestors are currently the ones under attack to me.

Saskia Esken, Social Democratic Party co-leader, on Monday renewed calls from her SPD that the federal parliament adopt a law promoting democracy to help foil what she said was a far-right in Germany intent on eroding society.

“We are currently experiencing how right-wing extremists openly attack our democracy.”

Zu beregnen means “to sprinkle.” I also like Sprühnebel. That means “spray mist.”

That’s what Berlin police water cannon do or use against protestors who demonstrate against the government’s COVID rules and regulations. And they just passed a new “protection” act that allows them to bypass Parliament to make additional rules and regulations. The government is apparently upset that the people are upset about this.

As lawmakers in the German parliament voted to amend the country’s Infection Protection Act, which lays out the restrictions aimed at curbing the spread of COVID-19, thousands were protesting in the capital, accusing the government of using the law to curtail basic rights and establish a “corona dictatorship.”

Or even more? Wow, that’s a lot. That’s even, I dunno, hard to believe.

“Politicians outraged about right-wing extremist protestors.” Well, the first part is true. But what they’re really outraged about is how the German sheeple aren’t being sheeple enough. This is inconveniencing them. State and leftist-controlled media outlets will take care of that, however. If you don’t read what we have to say about it (follow the Party line), it didn’t happen.

Tens of thousands of protesters occupied the center of the German capital for the second time in a month on Saturday, denouncing pandemic restrictions in defiance of governments that are battling a resurgence of infections.

Berlin authorities said some 35,000 to 38,000 demonstrators from Germany and elsewhere in Europe gathered throughout the day. In the early afternoon police broke up a march through Berlin’s Mitte district after tens of thousands of protesters disregarded safety measures.
